SOME SCALE OF GUITAR

There are many scale in guitar. Here we discuss some of them like natural minor scale, natural  major scale, harmonic minor scale, harmonic major scale, melodic minor scale scale, melodic major scale, diatonic minor scale, diatonic major scale, pentatonic minor scale, pentatonic major scale, augmented scale, diminished scale, blues scale,nu-classic scale, Arabic scale, box scale, Dorian mode, The Phrygian mode, The lydian mode, The mixolydian mode etc.

Natural minor scale  (key of A) 

Root note on 6th string. first you have to play 6th string A note on 5th fret then 6th string B note on 7th fret then 6th string C note on 8th fret. Next play 5th string D note on 5th fret. 5th string E note on 7th fret, 5th string F note on 8th fret. Then 4th string G note on 5th fret. 4th string A note on 7th fret.

 

natural major scale (key of A)

Root key on 6th string. To play this scale you have to play  6th string A note on 5th fret . 6th string B note on 7th fret. Then 5th string C# note on 4th fret. 5th string D note on 5th fret. 5th string E note on 7th fret then 4th string.4th string F# note on 4th fret.4th G# note 6th fret. 4th string A note on 7th note.

Box scale (key of A)
Root key on 6th string. To play this scale you have to play 6th string A note on 5th fret . 6th string C note on 8th fret then 5th string D note on 5th fret. 5th string E note on 7th fret.Next 4th string  G note on 5th fret. 4th string A note on 7th fret. then 3rd string C note on 5th fret 3rd string D note 7th fret. then 2nd string E note on 5th fret. 2nd string G note on 8th fret. then 1st string A note on 5th fret. 1st string C note on 8th fret.

Blues scale (key of A)

Root key of 6th string. To play blues scale you have to play 6th string A note on 5th fret. 6th string C note on 8th fret. Then 5th string D note on 5th fret.5th string D# note on 6th fret. Then 5th string E note on 7th fret. Then 4th string A note on 7th fret. 4th string G# note on 6th fret. 4th string G note on 5th fret.

 

Arabic scale (key of A)

root key on 6th string. To play this scale first play 6th string A note on 5th fret. 6th string A# note on 6th fret. Then 5th string C# note on 4th fret. 5th string D note on 5th fret . 5th string E note on 7th fret. 5th string F note on 8th fret.Then 4th string G# note on 6th fret. 4th string on 7th fret.
